General order processing time and estimated shipping time:
The normal processing time is 24-48 business days after an order is placed, unless there are any issues. Orders received during the weekends or placed before, on, or immediately following a holiday will be processed on the next available business day. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been processed. Shipping carriers do not offer weekend deliveries and shipping estimates are based on business days.
Also due to a high volume receive in customer service email tickets, the response may be delayed up to 72 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
Wholesale Inquiries
Our wholesale account requires $10,000.00 per month.
If you decide to move forward with a wholesale account, we will assign a sales representative to contact you for future details
How do I register for an account?

Do you have a store location I can visit?
We don't have a physical retail store.
What is your return policy?
We will NOT be accepting returns or exchanges from overstock or ordering the wrong item(s). Certain exception may apply however no refund/exchange is allowed after 15 days.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded and NVR MARKET LLC is not responsible for any Shipping & Handling fees incurred when returning items.
